Everybody I've talked to, who have actually met Tom in person, speaks highly of him. I met Jason Cross last year at CES and he asked me what I thought of the bannings and his take was simply that he'd met Tom and that guy was the nicest person imaginable. Which is probably another reason Jpinard and Tom are so defensive of Brad - both have met and done work for him.

I recall Bill Dungsroman taking El Guapo out in Vegas, so he can probably weigh in, if he feels like it.
